Riverland™ Dubai, the picturesque themed recreational hub for diners and shoppers, will be hosting special activations throughout its venue in celebration of UAE National Day from 1 to 3 December, between 4pm and 10pm. Guests can enjoy an authentic Emirati experience at Riverland™ Dubai through pop-up tents offering Henna, delicious Luqaimat live cooking sessions, kids face painting and interact with the UAE’s magnificent national bird and symbol of the nation's heritage, the Falcon.

For those who want to sit back and enjoy a traditional show, Ayala dancers will be lining the streets alongside a performance of a traditional kids dance for Hag al Laila, one of the most popular celebrations in the UAE and one that honours the spirit of community. Additionally, the park will be decorated with bunting flags and lit up in the UAE flag colours, with multiple Instagrammable spots for pictures to commemorate the celebration. These will accompany the addition of the “I love UAE because…” wall, where children and adults alike will be able to express their gratitude towards the great nation.

Families and friends looking to dine in between activities can enjoy any one of the new restaurants available including the authentic Italian Viva Ristorante, family favourite Chikadees and a selection of eight new kiosks.
